Rose Cottage Childcare is an Early Childhood Education and Care Service delivering high quality care for children aged 0-6 years in Leichhardt. Our purpose built centre caters for 39 children each day between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm.

Our dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable team of educators draw on a range of perspectives, theories and pedagogical practices to embed our curriculum within the educational program and daily routines at the service. 

Our children are grouped into three different play spaces according to these age groups: 0-2 years, 2-3 years and 3-5 years. Each educator has their own personal philosophy and beliefs when it comes to Early Childhood Education, and we work collaboratively as a team along with our children and families to ensure the quality of care and learning delivered is of a high standard and continuously self-assess against the National Quality Standards to plan for future improvements.

Our philosophy at Rose Cottage reflects each aspect that forms who we are, what we do and why. This includes our children, families, community, our educators and our profession. Together we aim to ensure that each child and family that become a part of Rose Cottage are given the very best opportunity in learning and are able to form strong, secure and safe relationships with all educators.
